Online Order issues

I have two complaints with kfc online order 1st the fact that it shows a deal promo at eg 2x colonel burgers @R59.90 but as soon as i try place the order it shows a higher amount being R69. 90 this is with all products. The second one is for the re-order option this is happening for the 2nd time now i placed a reorder the money comes off my acc but the site shows your order has been canceled and when i call the store they confirm they didn't receive the order. My back shows payment not yet cleared so I'll have to wait 14 days for it to return into my account i am hungry and this was my last takeaway money! This has never happened when i order as new order but only when i reorder my old/previous order this means this option doesn't work and it's an inconvenience for us customers.
