ONLINE ORDER AND DELIVERY IS A ****

Ordered online via their app on the 26th of April 2024. When they were about to deliver, I got an email notification informing me that they couldn't find a driver and my order is cancelled, they will refund me within 14 days.

14 days passed, no refund. I followed up with an inquiry through their app again and the automated response said they will get back to me within 5 working days, nobody did.

I then went to their Twitter/X on Sunday 19 May 2024, the consultant took my details and said someone will get in touch with but till date, nobody reached out. I was so shocked when I learned that there was another customer who's been chasing for a refund for over two months.

Ordering KFC online using their app is a ****, it really doesn't make sense to have a delivery service but you don't have drivers! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.
