ONLINE KFC DISGUSTING

If I could give this rating a 0 I would! I ordered online to the amount of R96 something today and they took the money off my account only for a message to pop up saying no driver available. I then call KFC Maitland of which they confirmed twice they have no received an order. I call the customer service team on ***to get put on hold for 10 minutes after giving my cell number until it eventually drops. I try for another 3 times both at 10 minutes each holding to eventually get hold of someone who says there is no order on my cell number!!! Extremely ****ed I send through my POP which will be seen to within 2-3 dahm working days and if approved await another 2-3 working days for payment. ****ing pathetic I tell you
