Online Delivery stopped with no explanation or warning

I am a Registered online member for KFC however we are unable to order online with the Delivery Service, I don't know why they stopped that Service because now we cannot benefit from it & the other meals are really expensive. Please can you advise what can be done for us to be able to take advantage from this Service?
