Once again disappointed in KFC Herm****

After about 6 years of not buying from this KFC because of bad experiences, we decided to try them again. You know, give the the benefit of the doubt. What a mistake!! Since we stay in Fisherhaven, we did not go back to complain about everything that was wrong. We ordered an 8 piece family feast. The chips was as usual disgusting, as if it was made the day before. The mash and gravy which is always my favorite, was MUCH more gravy than mash, instead of eating it, we could drink it. The coleslaw was at least good. The zinger wings was not to bad either, BUT then we get to the chicken. What a disappointment. We ordered the EIGHT piece, but got only SEVEN pieces, 2 drums and 5 pieces of breast. NO thighs, NO wings. It was dark as if cooked to long, and tasted like it was done in old oil. Not like KFC should be. I am really, really disappointed in this KFC, and once again, I vow to NEVER go back. Oh, and we had cones, at least the ice cream was very good, but my hubby got some weird hard, black piece of something in the bottom of the cone which was not very pleasant. How can so many things go wrong on one order? There must be a problem somewhere. Someone seriously need to get this branch sorted out.
