On the 31st of July I ordered a box meal with a side of their famous Jalapeño fries,to my surprise when I got home the Jalapeño fries had no chilli just stale chips and a sauce. I decided to email KFC about the distasteful experience and no feedback was received. I have been a proud supporter of the franchise but I am highly disappointed in the franchise as a whole that I sent in my complaint and they couldn't even respond or try and make means to correct the issue.
