On the 30July2023 I placed an online order which was canceled because they advised that their drivers cannot deliver because it was late.. Times was around 17:00,they canceled my order and advised they will escalate for my refund in 7-14days,,I realized later on my bank statement that they debited 3times on my account and logged a query, they phoned me and asked for my bank statement I sent it via email that was provided until today I'm always writing on social media and getting the same response that they will get back to me on the CAS-***-L8Q5J5 I WANT MY MONEY BACK
