On Promotion but expired

I purchased Streetwise Remix for my kids only to be told they dont have any promotion has it expired. But I check KFC website and ind this ""The Promotion will run exclusively from 5 January 2021 to 29 March 2021 (“Promotion Period”).. "" Which is still under promotion. Disappointed to see what is advertised does not apply
