On numerous occasions they ask people to park

On four occasions in a short time when using the drive through regardless of what is being ordered they tell me to park because the food is not ready. I know the window is on a counter so management will never know there is a problem because they move people along to park so that the counter doesn't report how long orders take. I have spoken to people and all of them complain about the same thing. It is the KFC at the big five star spar. Thank you for your consideration and I hope the problem gets resolved as I will not be going there again.
