<p>On 6 September 2016 we went to KFC for take-away dinner as we arrived home late and were not in the mood for cooking. We ordered two Wicked Box Meals and four Sweet Chilli Twisters with the Zinger Strips. When placing the order we were told that they do not have any lettuce. We then told them to add some extra sauce. When arriving home we found that the Twisters had two miniature strips, a slice of tomato and some sauce. DEFINITELY NOT THE QUALITY OR QUANTITY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. We have basically paid R 34.90 for a wrap. The Box Meals barely had sauce on the burgers and the bread buns used was smaller than usual. No s****s were provided for the mash, chips basically had no spices on. We did not even bother to return the meals as we specifically bought KFC so we can get home and relax while enjoying a nice meal. And why should I waste more fuel and time to return the meals and then most probably not even be assisted with this matter.</p> <p>This is also not the first time this has happened, orders were previously incorrect or not all the ingredients to a meal has been given. If this is the product received from KFC, I will think twice before ordering from them again. If you pay that price for something you would expect that you get quality as well as quantity as what we received was not even enough to satisfy us as a dinner. We are actually people who on a regular basis eat KFC as it is always a good meal, but if this is what I am going to get in the future I might have to re-consider! TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND DISSAPOINTED!!!!</p> <p> </p>
