On 2021-09-19 I ordered a family box,including 2(400ml coke) and ice cream(strawberry sundaes)

On 2021-09-19 I ordered a family box,including 2(400ml coke) and ice cream(strawberry sundaes).It all amounted to R269.10.On my way home just about to arrive,I realised that the coldrinks were actually not included in my order.I had requested Bolt by then and had to go back to KFC,BP Lenasia South in order to get my drinks.I had to pay more money for Bolt since it was now triple the amount instead of return fee.Had to pay Bolt 140.Getting to KFC the guy who was serving me still had my coldrinks which I already paid but never included in my order.By the time I got home my food was already cold and the ice cream was now soup(melted already).Now my question is had I not realised by the time I did what was gonna happen to the coldrinks?Was the guy gonna take them for himself since they were already paid for?What kind of unprofessional service is this?Please see to it that this gets rectified as I am not happy at all with the service I got.I still have my EFT Purchase customer copy and I still have my Bolt receipt.Hoping to hear from you soon
