Omits something from order everytime

Everytime I go to KFC Noordheuwel I have the same problem. I usually order the Family treat 6piece and everytime they forget to put something in the bag. This is getting ridiculous as I am not someone that checks the order, as the drive thru is always busy and I don’t want to keep other people waiting. Don’t they have a check list that has to be completed before the order goes out? Or something like that
