Old untasty food

I purchased 12 meals last night for a family supper from KFC Soneike. Firstly, after raising concerns previously, my online order get mixed up again. I mean jeepers it's it's online order, how difficult can it be to pack the order correctly. After waiting a while and they xhopping and changing meals and items, I finally get to leave with my order. I get home and when packing out the meals for my guests and we start eating, all the food is ice cold. The chicken batter is so hard you struggle to bite through it. The chips was so old and untadty and the burgers, my word was pathetic and ice cold as ifnthe burger was prepared hours ago and just left standing somewhere. This is totally unacceptable after spending such alot of money on these meals only to be embarrassed after inviting family members over for supper. This is really sad and I raised this before yet nothing has ben done. What a disgrace. I must add, I had the privilege of eating out with a colleague at the KFC in Westridge, Mitchells Plain on the c/o Dagbreek & We****rt and there quality and freshness of food was actually top class. It for me wondering how is it possible that there food can taste so good and fresh, yet this one at Soneike is a disgrace. Maybe that store should train your staff or maybe you should visit their store to see what they are doing right because thatvwas the beat KFC I have ever tasted. Thus is totally unacceptable. Can a Manager or Franchise owner please call me as this is notbthe first time I have this shocking experience from your store.
