old spoiled chicken with maggots

bought chicken on the Sunday afternnoon 06/02/2015, Sunday evening noted a white powdery substance on leftover chiken. I put the chicken in the fridge so I could return it the next day. The next day when I took the chicken out of fridge, it was full of maggots( have a video to prove). I then laid a complaint on the KFC compliments/complaints website. ON THE 13/02/2015 I got a call from the manager of the region( not sure) not even sure what his name was, and asked what the complaint was about. I told him everything. He just said that he is sorry for that and if I still had the chicken they could send it for analysis. I said to him I didnt have the chicken as the maggotts ate it. and that was it. Later on a person from head office calls i.e Lawrence to enquire if someone has given me a call wrt my problem. I then said that someone has called me and that I am not happy with the way it was handled. Lawrence then promised that he would look into the matter and email me as I was not able to answer my phone that day. Later on the first guy calls again , Im not able to answer my phone. A week later I post on their website again and they still have not responded. not even a mail from head
