Old food KFC Soneike

I bought this new zinger chicken on the 5th August 2019 and it wasn't fresh at all. The chicken was hard and dried out so bad. It was not pleasant at all and the chips were cold. Bought a streetwise 3 at kfc Soneike in Kuilsriver. I messaged the ex area manager who then informed me that she no longer works for the company so is unable to assist me. This has been a constant battle with soneike kfc just to sort out the issues over the years but every time I go there there is something always wrong with my order. Is it so much to ask for fresh food? I want the new area manager to contact me. I also want my meal replaced with fresh food. BTW soneike kfc has just lost a gem, their old area manager. I want to be contacted by the new area manager or someone higher.
