Old food

We are regular clients of kfc steve biko road. I dont know if it is new lazy or *********** staff. We ordered KFC from KFC Steve Biko road in pretoria via uber eats last night at 7:30pm. When we received our order not all the contents was in the order we ordered a 10 piece family treat and 3 mash and gravy. We were short 2 snack burgers that were suppose to come with the 10 piece family treat so after plating the food we realised that. We had to repack all the food back into the packaging from our plates as per instruction of the uber eats driver and argue 30mins with the driver. Then he took almost another hour to bring the order back. My child had school the next day and had to eat late round about 10pm. To make matters worse KFC sent us that exact same order back that we had plated and repacked back into the packaging the coleslaw bucket burst open and everything was full of coleslaw. needless to say the food was also ice cold.
