OLD FOOD AND TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have had many bad incidents at the KFC in welgemoed, but continue to go there. As of recent, I have specifically asked the lady, when ordering my food, to make sure that my zinger burger patty is fresh, and not old. Low and behold, every time, without fail, my food is old. As of the most recent, the burger was so hard and dry that I could not physically bite it, so it had to be thrown away. This accompanied with oil drenched RAW chips is completely unacceptable. To date, I have probably thrown away over R600 worth of KFC food that was not edible. On the occasion that i stay to eat inside the KFC and complain about my burger being old and dry, I am greeted with a disgusted look from the employees and a very unhelpful willingness to solve the problem that they've made. I have complained in the past, only to receive a vague apology at most. This does not make up for the hundreds of rands I have had to waste at KFC. I am sorely disappointed..
