Old food and no customer service s****s

9ly called them and spoke to Nandipha who advised she is a manager on duty however she failed to even ask me about the complaint not even an policy instead dropped the call on me.I called the second time and spoke to Violet who mentioned she is also a manager by then I was livid how can they all be mangers.She also failed to provide me customer service and am sitting with a dead chicken its a pity i can't take it back personally ad i have a baby and cannot leave the house with her am really dissatisfied.
