Old Food and Bad Customer Service

<p>Vasco Boulevard, Corner Louwtjie Rothman Street, N1 City, Cape Town, 7460</p> <p>Firstly I would like to say that this KFC has the worst customer service that I have seen, not one smile, not even a hello or a goodbye. </p> <p>Like when I go through any drive through I always say thanks when someone takes my order or give my food and I always get a warm farewell or "it is my pleasure", but not here no way, They just stare at me like I just said something rude to them.</p> <p>Furthermore, I placed an order for two Zinger Burger meals, three large pops and one bucket zinger wings, Extremely hungry and ready to please everyone's taste buds. I got home and my girlfriend got the freshest burger you will ever see and I got a burger that can chip ur tooth, it was dry, old and very chewy. The chicken fillet was flat and I had to use force to break the fillet with my teeth because I could not bite it, it was so disgusting that I didn't even want to feed it to my dogs.</p> <p>I gave my parents some pops and my 70-year-old mother was the bad luck drawer here, where she got pops that are so hard I could use it to skip rocks within a lake.</p> <p>By this time I was already ****ed but it was late at night and didn't want to drive out to return food to a place that has the most unfriendly staff yet.</p> <p>I pulled out the Zinger Bucket thinking at least I have something that is edible, because the bag was nice and warm, to my surprise it was my GF's burger and pops that kept the bag warm and the wings were ****! It was cold, hard and taste like rubber, it literally felt like I was eating rubber, I gave some to my GF so she can taste how poorly it taste.</p> <p>This morning (1/2/2017) I woke up and had the worst stomach pain and had to **** like 6 times, my GF also had stomach pains and we were the only two that ate from the bucket of wings.</p> <p>I've had poor service and food before, but never SO bad that I actually took time out of my day to write a review.
