Old dry food
I went to KFC in Pelican Park in Cape Town and bought food to the value of R173. When I got home which is 15 minutes away, the Crunch Burgers were old and dry with dry piece of cheese on it. The chips were old and disgusting. My money is not old, but I got old food. This is unacceptable for such a big brand.
