old chicken

this was reported on the 24th June 2015 with no response at all. My sister bought a fun do bucket on Monday 22nd June 2015 evening as my son was in hospital and wanted KFC and she brought us supper. Well as per normal the quality of the food was bad. The chicken strips was harder than usual like it was not freshly made and the chips was not even warm. She drove straight from KFC to Kuilsriver hospital. It's 3 minutes drive from kfc food couldn't have gone bad that quickly within 3 minutes. Also there was bearly enough chilli salt and tomato sauce. When will this store step up their game. Every time it's the same stuff happening.
