Old Burnt Food

Bought a Fully Loaded box meal at KFC Pelican Park branch ..The roll was obviously old and mash had a burnt taste and smell ....While still parked in there parking lot I returned it.. The staff member ( LISA= name on till slip )said that its the toaster that cause the roll to look as it did and if she replace it then it will be exactly the same ..as for the mash ..she said its the same batch and that will also make no difference in replacing and they not making another batch . I drank the drink ate the fillet and dumped the rest in the bin .***
