Old and dry chicken

I bought a family treat 8 piece and zinger wings as sides when we started to eat the chicken tasted old was not even hot like it should be and having no breast meat the thighs were dry even the zinger wings were not fresh unfortunately been so late and knowing kfc was closed by the time we ate we had to eat the meal unpleasantly. We never order breast meat as its dry meat so after the dry thighs it was upsetting. We have had about two meals that we did not think it was up to standard but never found it necessary to complain but until this meal and been the only kfc in a 40 km radius its the closest to where we live so we have to buy from them so we very disappointed in them.
