Old and cold food

Hi. I was at kfc soneike in Kuilsriver Cape Town at 5:01am 21st March 2019. I waited till 5:15am for my order and everything was old not fresh at all. The zinger wings horrible, chips cold and not fresh, the chicken was hard and dried out, the burger fillet was old and hard, the roll of the burger was not fresh. OMG kfc nauseating. Is it to much to ask for fresh food?? I want a refund for not serving me fresh food. Your service is pathetic too. I am yet to receive a call from KFC they resolved my issue without addressing my complaint at all and having the area manager call me as requested.
