OILY, SKINLESS CHICKEN!

I ordered a family meal and the pieces of chicken were extremely oily and 4 out of the 8 pieces were skinless... ie no coating just bare chicken. That was quite disappointing and not acceptable because as customers we expect a certain quality and standard of the food we pay for. This is my second complaint about the KFC quality.
