Oily mess

Last night I visited KFC in verulam to get a bite to eat, firstly I opted to get the 12 piece for R100 which is a Tuesday offer but was told that its not available on days close to month end, no were did KFC stipulate this when advertising for the special. I then decided to get another deal, they made me wait in the car park for it for 45 mins, when I get home I saw a oily unappetizing mess, the skins were off the chicken, oil just floating everywhere, being so late at night and hungry we just decided to eat it only to find the chicken was slimey and not really cooked inside. It was a total put of this is so unacceptable.
