Oily Food and noisy staff

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I herby request KFC owners/partnes of Douglasdale ( Cnr. Douglas and Lesley) to please investigate to following complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not only did we experience an oily, old bad tasting KFC Checken experience earlier last month, but also recently moved into the complex next door to this outlet, and on numerous ocasions the night staff fail to disconnect the drive through microphone, having full on LOUD cenversations after closing time. Please note that the speaker faces our complex and the noise in totally uncalled for as this is done deliberately.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Sunday evening around 22H10 I had to drive around to the KFC to inform the staff that the microphone was still on, and that the noise is unacceptable. The Night Guard (Siabonga) let me in after I told him that I would like to complain about the noise. He told me that he had spoken to them before but they ignore him. When I got to the door, a lady by the name of Mathaba (Not sure of spelling) came todards me and told me they are closed. I explainde about the mic and asked to please turn it of as it was still active (Green Light). She just turned around and walked away. No appology, no regret, no consideration for those who pay her salary and keep food on her table.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please address this matter urgently as well as the volume level of the speaker facing towards our complex as it is always loud, especialy over weekend evenings.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
