Oil drenched KFC thighs and not crispy as it should be

On Sunday evening I bought 3x chicken tighs, I was told it would be a few min wait as they still were cooking. When I got home the whole box was soaked in oil the chicken was not crispy and out of hunger had a little which made me sick. Next morning I saw I could report this to KFC which I did, after their response I supp**** everything they asked for and now I’m still in the dark as to how they are going to help. This was my first and last time I will ever go back and buy any more from them plus I’m disappointed with the customer care for not getting back to me….very bad experience to say the least.
