OFF, UNDER ****ED CHICKEN!!!!

I can't believe that this branch is still open, The staff there are SOO RUDE!! I've never received good service from them! But this was the last straw, I ordered food now and when it arrived, not only was it cold but the chicken was not cooked properly and it smells really off. I really don't know what to do, when I tried to call the branch the phone just rings and then they put in down. This can't go on, they are going to make people sick cause of their incompetence.
