Nugget dip fail

I visited your KFC Liliba branch in Tembisa to buy simple nuggets and zinger wings. Firstly the dip was 'colonel' apparently and I thought nuggets were served with only barbecue but apparently they didn't have bbq dip,my issue is that we were not asked which dip we prefer to begin with. To make matters worse, the nuggets were served cold and I had to go back to have them warmed up. Next time it would actually be nice to ask a customer their preference before they even pay.
