Now I am completey fed up

Wvery single time we go to KFC something is not right. Its not that I'm a difficult person but having to drive back because the chicken are completely under cooked or because the mash are sour or for the fact that you only get half your order is unacceptable. So tonight we decided to get kfc our order consisted of 4 thing amd still they managed not to put everything in the bag. My 3 year old loves pops and when we got home her pops were not there, its a 3km drive back to kfc to get het pops. The manager does not even have the decensy to say something, the cashier has to handle the order. Why do they repeat the order when giving it to you if they do not actually check if everything is there?
