Dear Sir/Madam,

Re: Complaint regarding undercooked chicken and poor quality food

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious complaint regarding my recent KFC order through Mister D Delivery Food from Lenasia South Today, December 24, 2024, I ordered two Wicked Zinger box meals.

The chicken fillet in my burger was raw. This is unacceptable and a serious health risk. I demand to know what measures you will take to ensure that your kitchen staff cooks chicken properly.

Furthermore, the overall quality of the food was poor. I paid a premium price for a premium product, and I expect a higher standard of quality.

I demand a full refund for my order. I also expect a formal response regarding the actions you will take to address this incident and prevent similar incidents in the future as this isn't the first incident at this branch of stale chips or poor quality food etc
