Not understanding what customer service is

<p>The service you receive at KFC in Nigel is ridiculous. The workers there will switch on the air conditioner (cold) on purpose so that people don't come and sit there in the morning even go as far as opening the door. Who would want to buy breakfast and sit in the cold as cold as it has been lately. They demand to be greeted by customers??? Ridiculous. Respect is a two way street. I also have heared complaints from other people that the toilet is always locked and when you ask for the key they tell you they don't have it but there a specific sign on the door that says "Please ask for the toilet key at the counter". Obviously it is not all the workers there responsible but unfortunately. I thought KFC was a public space that you could go into any time but apparently not one worker even told me not to come back. I would not even rate a start if it was my choice.</p>
