Not to use KFC online ever again

I've placed an order on the 30th of June 2024. Order was placed at 16:56 pm, after I have received unexpected guests. Order amount was R333.70. At 17:22 I received a SMS stating that my order was canceled by the KFC Uitenhage Market Street, and that my money will be refunded.

Today 9th July 2024 and I haven't received my refund as yet. This is very bad service. I will never order from KFC again and This is unacceptable.

I have spoken to someone at KFC who called me the gentleman said the money will be paid back into my account but nothing as yet.

I'm very disappointed as in the past I regularly placed orders at KFC.
