Not the first time.

<p>I left work a while ago to go and grab myself and my brother something to eat at KFC Airport City Cnr Borcherds Quarry & Montreal Drive. The service was quick yet cold as the counter staff were really unfriendly and not helpful as i asked them to add extra sauce on the burgers and the reply was "she didnt ring up extra sauce" and didnt bother helping further. When i got back to work and started eating , myself and my brother were so disappointed :(. The fillet on the burgers were so hard and chewy i felt like i was eating old biltong and the same goes for the twister. This was not the first time i experienced this at KFC and im really disappointed as its really not the same anymore.</p>
