Not the best experience

I recently visited KFC and honestly the experience was a bit disappointing. The food took quite long to come out even though it wasn’t that busy at the time. When I finally received my order, the chicken wasn’t as fresh as I expected and the chips were a bit cold.

The staff were not rude, but they also didn’t seem very interested in helping or checking if the order was correct. It just felt a bit rushed and unorganized.

I usually enjoy KFC, but this visit wasn’t great. I hope they can improve the service and food quality because it’s normally one of my go-to places.
