Not so urgent

About a week ago, I was in town Durban and decided to pass by KFC, Corner Broad and West street to buy my children and family their favourite meal. The line was so long that we had to queue outside, didnt mind because it one of the Covid regulations preacautions and a certain number of people must go in. I waited till i was pressed ( needed the bathroom) i swiftly made my way to the lady at the door and politely asked if i can use the bathroom as i was seriously pressed and needed to use the loo and i told her i would move back to my line after am done. Of which she point blank refused me access. saying i have to wait my turn to go in the shop. I begged as i was very much pressed. She profusley refused with attitude. I found that so appaling as i was seriously in need of the rest room, which was not packed. I ended up leaving without buying as my health comes first.
