NOT so “quick” service for FAST food

Good Evening, We went through the Drive Through at KFC on Mercury Road in Benoni only tonight to get a late night dinner on our way home from friends (+-23:00) expecting quick service and getting of food as one does in through a Drive Through only to have to be made to sit in the que and wait almost half an hour for our food... This is REALLY NOT cool guys as one expects quick service at a Fast Food Restaurant, and especially through a Drive Through!
