Not satisfied with level of service I received

Poor and slow service, with zero regard to the customer. KFC Fordsburg can do better. I got there at stood for almost 15 minutes just to place my order only to be told there is no pap (my order number was 216) another customer comes in they order pap(219)and suddenly they have pap??. I wait for another 15 mins for my order and the lady that took my order (On the receipt her name is Zama) she says to me "Yazi ipapa likhona" like what level of disrespect is this? Zero customer service and consideration of what I wanted?? What's worse is she was laughing about it as if it's meant to be a joke
