Not reiciving all food ordered (order 612)

We placed an order at the front counter in town. I was Charge for the food i did not receive, payed money for things that was not on my slip what i received, so where are the right order and where are the money that was paid for food that was not rang on cash register.<br> <br> was charge for colonel burger that i did not receive,4 Lrg M/Gravy and 5 large chip.i payed R400 did receive R13 change that was calculated on an calculator. At home i checked bags looking for burger receive following.<br> <br> 21 peaces of chicken,1 large box chips, 4 m/gravy. so i short n colonel burger but where did the money of the 21 peaces go. <br> <br> I phones the store to report this and the phone was busy all the time. This is unexceptionable. I was charge for food that was not given to me, food that was not charge on the cash slip and would love to know where the money is of the 21 peaces are, where the till operator over with money?<br> <br> i need n explanation for this situation!<br>
