NOT REFUNDED BUT MONEY WAS DEDUCTED

I placed the order online with KFC N1 City Mall and checked out the payment went through when I went to collect the order there was no order spoke to manager KFC N1 City Mall - Felicity she tried calling KFC in Vasco the manager was very rude as if I put wrong details on my order she hanged up the call while I was speaking I replaced the order. The manager advised that she email the online department I asked to CC in the email still nothing till today worst service ever she didn't advised anything regarding my refund. Please DO NOT ORDER ON THEIR ONLINE worst experience ever plus the managers they don't how to resolve the issue
