Not Receiving full order

On Saturday 26 Sep 15,I went to the KFC in Uitenhage, to order food on arriving home we noticed that we did not receive our 2 SW burgers, so I phoned them. The lady from KFC said sorry and asked me when am I going past them again, I said that I will make a turn the following day, she still confirmed that she will be working. This morning I went through and was told that she did ask the people that packed my order and according to them they did pack it, basically making me out to be a ****, I then asked her to check the cameras and was told that she doesn't have excess and that they will only be able to do it tomorrow, she then went to the back and returned with the two burgers and a hell of an attitude and told me to write my name and contact no down. I was so furious that I wrote it down on a receipt left my receipt there and told her to keep the burgers, I drove 25km (return trip) to get 2 burgers of R25, my petrol was more than that. I don't have to lie to get 2 burgers and was actually planing on placing an order to go with those burgers. They have lost a sale and a customer.
