NOT RECEIVED ONLINE PURCHASE/FOOD ORDERED

On the 17/11/2021 around 12:33 pm, I placed an order online order at KFC of 1x Sweet Chilli Cheese Twister Box with Soda Fountain Drink 1x Coke at R80.90 and received and email and sms confirming the order with the order number. I received a second sms that I should use a link to check-in when I am 2 min away.

Later when my boyfriend went at KFC Westgate to collect the order he was told they can not find the order number on their system and and can not be given our food, we went back home as we can not be given the food we paid for.

Can I please get my money back as I have proof of payment and communication from FKC regarding my order
