Not pleased

Went to kfc to purchase a mash & gravy for my hungry 11 month old baby. Followed the queue to place my order and told the cashier that's all I wanted since the baby need food asap. After paying I move over to the collection side and tried to hand the slip to another lady telling her please assist me since its only 1 item. She very rudely said I must wait my turn until the finish with allyl he other orders. I then asked to speak to the manager to explain my plight but to my surprise, it turned out that the rude black lady, Ntombi was the manager. When I asked her name she giggled and very boastfully showed me her badge. There's a fine line between policy and humanity. This black lady clearly doesn't know what's humanity. And kfc is the same people that ask us to donate R2 to feed a hungry child whereas they can't help to serve a hungry child who pays for a meal. Clearly this black woman doesn't see my Indian child as a human being. My child is not an animal but maybe Ntombi is.
