Not my money’s worth

Hi guys

I’m usually so happy with the service I receive and the food from KFC (I am specifically talking about the KFC in Alberton By New Redruth next to Makro). I am currently pregnant (in my early days) and my cravings consist of Crunch burgers, so I was actually disappointed and emotional when I ordered a crunch burger and Stoney today received my package went into the car and drove off making my way to soweto to visits family. About 20 into my drive I decide to eat ???? and I got a snack burger in my paper bag??? I couldn’t help but cry because I couldn’t even drive back to return and advise of what happened, only had to find another KFC and purchase my order and when I now have to open the paper wrap of the burger to make sure it’s the correct one it makes it look like a bad person. I’m hurt and feel ******. Couldn’t even get my moneys worth.

I hope this was just a minor mistake as I really appreciated the service I got at every KFC and I don’t want to start doubting you guys.
