Not impressed KFC

<p> </p> <p>We were so happy when KFC finally opened in Langhenhovenpark in Bloemfontein a few years ago. And the best of all is that it is going to be a 24hr KFC. Service started out good and the food was fresh.</p> <p>Recently the service is only okay but the food is terrible. We went there a few weeks ago at night around 21h30 to buy some snack burgers. We got home and the first bite was terrible..the buns we're burnt on both sides and almost no mayo sauce on it. Again we went there on Sunday night 31 July, around 22;00 and bought a streewise 2 and a snack burger. The buns was burnt again and the chicken was so terrible it didn't even taste like Kentucky chicken. If we buy bigger meals like streewise feast etc. there is always somehting short as well. This is not the first time we experience this, it seems maybe at night is the problem, don't know if they keep frying old chicken and keep warming the buns and it ends up burnt or staff get tired and not double checking the order to see if everything is there. Maybe it should only be open during the day and not a 24hr KFC. We realy don't feel like supporting them anymore and rather just drive an extra 12kilos and go buy Mc Donalds..pitty they don't have chicken pieces.</p>
