Not impressed KFC 14th Avenue

Terrible service from KFC 14th Avenue. Their staff are unprofessional and unwilling to help or accomodate customers. I requested to swop my coffee for a hot chocolate and pay the differenc and the staff did not want to assist. I have done this before at KFC and other establishments.... Terrible service i left didnt order anything... Also the store smells like a cheap pee infested hotel inside.
