not humble or apologetic

At kfc northam the meat get finished 15 minutes before closing time when I ask they tell me that they cant cook if they're not sure who is going to buy.i was served by the fat cashier called batsha who was so arrogant I asked her to call her manager there comes sarah who never asked batsha to apologise. .what made me angry was on 11th night a week after when I bought streetwise pap over the drive thru 35 minutes before closing time. When I had collect to collect my orders thru the collection window I was told that there is no pap.imagine I was told that they gonna give me chips instead they don't even aske me I asked to see the manager , ,there comes andru who was not even apologetic and told me same story as Sarah. .I Urge kfc to solve this franchise..or write on your adverts that certain products are only available during the day
