Not happy with the serviced i received from KFC Lenasia South.

i ordered KFC online 26/07 @ 17:15 to collect @ 17:26. i got to KFC @ 17 :35, my order wasn't on the board nor did anyone know anything about my order. the Manager then asked why didn't i sign in to say im on the way to collect- i stated that the link was never send, the message only states that my order will be ready at 17:26 and i can collect. the manager then went to the office and then only printed my order at 17:40. my order was complete at 17:50- this clearly was a waste of time ordering online. to top it all off, i ordered "MASH & GRAVY". i was only supp**** with Gravy, like what the hell!!!!!. i was extremely upset when i got home!!!. im not happy with the serviced i received from KFC Lenasia South.
