Not happy with the product

I purchased Streetwise 1 with chips order number 169 and my friend purchased a bucket for 1 order number 168 at the Cresta Mall KFC, the meat but really not tender at all this was frustrating as I could not take it back as this would be time-consuming as it was my lunchtime.
